CRIMINAL HISTORY

AUTHORIZED
With authorization from the Subject to obtain a related Criminal History, a search can be performed to identify any and all related arrests reported to the Georgia Criminal Information Center. The Subject’s Criminal History will also include a search for any nationwide warrants. Results will include identification information, date of arrest, charges, dispositions, sentences and will give notice as to any other arrests outside the State of Georgia.

UNAUTHORIZED
Without authorization from the Subject to obtain a related Criminal History, a search can be performed to identify any related felony convictions reported to the Georgia Criminal Information Center. Like the authorized request, this Criminal History will also include a search for any nationwide warrants. Results will include identification information, date of arrest, charges, dispositions, sentences and will give notice as to any other arrests outside the State of Georgia.

Criminal History searches will not include information related to the Subject prior to their eighteenth birthday. Additionally, a Criminal History will not include driving violations in which the Subject was merely issued a citation. Driving violations resulting in an arrest, such as Driving Under the Influence (D.U.I.), should be reflected in the Subject’s Criminal History.

CIVIL LITIGATION
A search can be performed to identify civil cases filed either by (Plaintiff) or filed against (Defendant) the Subject.

CERTIFIED court documents may be obtained to further explain any charges reflected in the Subject’s Criminal History and/or related Civil Litigation cases. Certified copies may also be necessary should this information be used as evidence in a courtroom proceeding.
